Shipping Policy
Everything you need to know about how your order gets from our shelf in Denver to your door.
Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States only. We hope to reach further in the future.
What it costs
- $10 flat rate on all US orders.
- Free shipping on orders over $150. The threshold applies to your product subtotal at checkout, before shipping is added.
Processing time
Orders ship from Denver, Colorado and are processed in 2–4 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US holidays.
Transit time
After processing, carrier transit typically takes 3–7 business days depending on where you are. You will receive a tracking link by email from Square when your order ships.
Order issues
- Wrong address? Email support@surfacemdskin.com as soon as you can — if the order has not shipped yet, we will do our best to catch it and correct the address before it goes out.
- Package lost or stuck? If tracking has not moved in several days or your package seems lost, email us and we will work with the carrier to sort it out.
